Pack Your Items

Place the sunglasses in their original designer case and packaging, ensuring all tags and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
